About Adriana
Adriana Molina was born and raised in Bogota Colombia where she received her Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana.
She moved to Los Angeles in 1996 where she continued her studies in International Business at UCLA. She decided to stay in the United States and began working as a Software Business Consultant, implementing enterprise solutions to top companies in Mexico, Canada and the United States.
After 5 years of acquiring extensive experience as a Business Consultant and a lot of traveling, Adriana decided to start a new venture and settle in Miami.
In 2000, Adriana Co-founded Hands On Design, a toy and game inventing studio. For 20 years she led the business and marketing areas and was also a key participant in the creative development of concepts, working closely with companies such as Hasbro, Mattel and Spin Master among others. Hands On Design was regarded as one of the top 20 inventing studios in the world.
Concurrent with her venture at Hands On Design and seeing the vibrant changes that Miami has been experiencing, In 2005 Adriana started investing in Real Estate in Miami, and throughout the years, owned properties in Miami, Miami Shores, Little Haiti, Little River, MiMo District, Hollywood, North Bay Village, Miami Beach and South Beach.
Her extensive knowledge, experience and passion for real estate as investor, led her to expand and “reinvent” herself once again and pursue a career in real estate.
In 2022 Adriana became a full-time realtor with Ganesha Realty, Inc. and is thrilled to share her experience as an investor and be a direct participant in the urban and cultural transformation she is witnessing in Miami. Her incredible enthusiasm and love for this city in combination with her genuine desire to help people, make her an invaluable asset to Ganesha Realty and this industry in South Florida.
