About Angela
Angela was born in NYC. She moved to Colombia with her family when she was 7 and lived there for 10 years. Her family decided to move back to the United States when she was 17. Angela then settled in South Florida, and she now calls Miami, home.
She set in motion her path in the real estate industry in her early 20s when she found work with a real estate attorney. In 2000 and in collaboration with the same attorney, they launched a title insurance company. Later, her office evolved into a full real estate service operation, and besides offering title, closing and escrow services, it added mortgage financing services as well, and a real estate brokerage that she ran and managed for several years, while working as a realtor as well.
It is Angela's extensive and diverse experience in all areas of real estate, that gives her a unique source of knowledge that most realtors do not possess.
Today, she continues to successfully own and supervise the operations of her title company but in 2017 Angela dove into yet another venture and became a Broker. Shortly after, Ganesha Realty was born.
In her personal life, she strives to support causes she believes in. In 2017, along with other volunteers, she launched Immigrant Action Alliance, a 501c3 Non-Profit that advocates for immigrant rights, where she served as its CFO and Board Member until 2022. Angela is an enthusiastic surfer. She has also been a dedicated Yoga practitioner for 15 years and enjoys teaching a community yoga class on Sunday mornings at a park in Miami Beach.
